The Responsive Solutions CUSTOMER+® Marketing Resource Center™ enables service providers to assume the lead role in servicing their customers' corporate, event, direct marketing, apparel and promotional requirements, both domestically and internationally. The system is deployed as a corporate-branded, self-service web portal with user self-registration, search and browse, document customization using Adobe® InDesign® Server software, and an integrated shopping cart for a complete online ordering experience.
Adobe InDesign Server provides the core engine for composing individualized stationery and custom collateral, and for merging direct marketing materials with lists inside the CUSTOMER+ Marketing Resource Center. InDesign Server is combined with Adobe Flex® software in the Responsive Solutions DYNAMIC LAYOUT+ module to deliver a fast browser and platform-neutral document editing and layout environment.
Field marketing, sales resources, and distribution partners can customize documents and promotional materials, merge lists into personalized mail and e-mail, and use wizards to convert high-resolution images to a range of formats for presentations and advertisements. The portal is integrated with the service provider's print production, shipping, inventory, and warehouse management systems for a streamlined back-end print and fulfillment process. The platform readily exchanges information with management information and accounting systems through web services, enabling the service provider to leverage related software investments.
