Meet Our Leaders

 

Frank Miller - President

Frank has the unique combination of business knowledge, technical skill and vision that makes Responsive Solutions a world leader in our industry. He began his professional career in 1976 managing sales and marketing teams at Burroughs Corporation, Tandem Computers and Tolerant Systems/Veritas. Over the next 10 years, he started up two IT companies, leading them through significant growth and transitioning them through acquisitions. On the personal side, Frank is a proud father of two. He is a world-class sailing champion and an instrument rated pilot that enjoys flying up the coast to visit his kids at college.

Eddie Ford - Chief Technology Officer

For more than 16 years, Eddie has been developing high end technology solutions for the Graphic Arts and Marketing Services industries. He started with Curtin & Pease Peneco (Direct Mail/Printer) working on CD based and Web based applications. He was also a CTO at Marimark leading the software development team and strategic business direction for the emerging digital world. Eddie is a native to the RSI headquarters in St Petersburg, FL. He is a father of two who enjoys biking and other outdoor activities. Eddie also donates time to fundraising for several charitable causes.

 

Gregory Shambo - Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Over the past 14 years, Greg has been advising graphic communications companies on how to offer innovative business solutions to their clients. Greg previously worked with a number of leaders in the graphics arts industry including Kodak, Creo, Apple, xpedx and Hubcast. Greg has helped many companies make the transformation from a progressive printer to a full marketing services partner. Outside of Responsive Solutions, Greg lives north of Boston and enjoys spending time with family. He is also a frequent mountain biker...when he can stay on the bike and not get lost in the woods!
